Should I only cook for myself and not for my family?

I love to cook, and I always cook for my family. Because my mom does not really know how to cook, she usually heats up frozen meals. Plus shes overworked with her job. Since I'm the girl in the house, I usually end up being the one cooking, and cleaning up the kitchen. The thing is, my father complains about the mess in the kitchen after I finish cooking. And it's usually after dinner, because at night no one washes their dishes including my father, and does not clean up after themselves. I try to wash all the pans after, but if one or two get left out, hes complaining to me the very next morning when I wake up. He got mad because I forgot to put away the left over food after I was done cooking, and I know it was my fault. He then told me to not cook anymore, but If I don't, nobody will have anything to eat. He can't really cook, and so cannot my uncle and brother. If I don't cook, they're gonna be stuck eating sandwiches or buying junk food when they can. During our argument, when I said what will happen if I don't cook, since my mom cannot really cook, my brother turns around and says that I can't cook. I've taken many cooking cles and I have been making meals for my family ever since. They do enjoy my meals. My brother enjoys my pancakes, and I always make him pancakes when he asks me too. I just don't like how he disrespects me after all the cooking I do for him. I try to make sure my family eats. But today, my father argued with me because I did not finish washing their dishes and taking care most of the leftover food. I know it was all my fault but geez, give me a break. I think that they can at least help out a little and maybe even wash their own dishes after they're finished eating. I don't know what to do now. I wonder if I should just cook for myself and clean up after only myself . And just let them eat sandwiches or canned foods. Is this a good idea?

Aquarium re-cycling?

People drain me. Like, really drain me. I can go all day without speaking to people just fine without my energy levels completely lapsing. Excruciating lower back pain during period?

Every month(along with my monthly menstrual cycle) I get excruciating lower back pain. I have heard that women get back pain during their period so I thought it was normal but it just keeps getting worse every month. It lasts for the first 2-3 days of my period. I can hardley walk, it hurts with each step I take, I can't bend over and when I turn or move suddenly the pain is so intense I feel as if I could p out. But then it just goes away...like magic and does not return until the following month when aunt flo visits again. Anybody else have this happen? Anyone know why I get this pain? I don't have health insurance and I really can't afford to see a doctor as I'm sure they will want x-rays and such...I know there isn't much else to do besides see a doctor but it only hurts once a month! My 9 week old baby has been exclusively fed. She wont take any pacifier out there, i have tried all. Anyway, I have a sewing cl once a week and she wont take the playtex nurser bottles anymore. when she was first born, i had to substitute formula once or twice a day until my milk came in fully, which was about at 6 weeks. then maybe once a week since then she would take some bottle with a lot of fuss. You may of injured some tendons and this will take some time to heal. Physical therapy could possibly help such as stretches and exercises. You can try to Google stretches and exercises for leg strains and see what results you get. It would be in your best interest to see a Dr. and make sure you have not done major damage especially sense this is apparently a big part of your life. You can also try over the counter meds such as Motrin which would decrease the inflammation and help with the pain and you will need to take it every day for a few weeks to see results. Rest your leg and dont do anything for a week or so and see if that helps it may just need time to heal and you may not of rested it enough. Also you can alternate heat and ice 15 minutes at a time 3-4 times a day for a few days and see if that helps. Mild sprain may be effectively managed with the use of RICE therapy. RICE stands for rest, ice, compression and elevation. Hope this helps!

I do think Darren Sproles is effective at that portion of the game. His speed, and his ability to find gaps within the defense is what makes him so valuable to the Chargers. But I am surprised that you didn't mention Peyton Hillis? I think Hillis has been tremendous in his running ability along with breaking through defenders. He's also been helpful at goal line opportunities. He might not be considered your average 3rd back in terms of just being in that role, but he is great at what he does. If not Hillis then I do think Sproles is the best in that group of players you have listed.

This started happening a few days ago. It happens on every browser I try, even after I updated them all. Facebook continues to revert to an older, presumably a cached version of my profile. Sometimes when I click it, posts that have been made in the past 3 or 4 days dissapear, as well any notifications i've received. Also, the chat windows I have open revert as well, to the same four chats i had open at some period of time. This is getting kind of annoying, and it's also happening on my iPhone 4. Ignore ALL doctors and well meaning friends. Your baby will eat as much as she needs as often as she needs. My daughter also ate on the same routine your daughter's eating. Please follow your own instincts and know that you are doing JUST FINE with the schedule you are feeding her on. Every 3 hours is a normal schedule. Like you, I had a doctor try and tell me to limit the amount of formula I was giving her and all that did was make for a very unhappy baby. As soon as I resumed feeding on demand she was fine! Doctors sometimes don't know what the hell they are talking about. Follow your own mother's intuition and feed on demand.

Ok so last week I went to the ER because of a kidney stone and they said they only did a urine test before doing the CT Scan (which was obviously negative). I ped the stone Saturday with no problems. Alright… There’s this girl that quite frankly, I believe I love. Can’t stop thinking about her and she is, at this time in my life, one of the few things that can actually make me smile. Its not that I am obsessed or infatuated, it is just more of my incompetence to be able to do what I need to. I am a sopre in high school and she is a junior. At the beginning of the school year, I had known her for a year and I liked her during the previous year but I made no attempt to get closer. This year that has changed and my interest in her has increased greatly as I got to know her better. I am doing everything in my ability to get to the point where I can ask her out. One major point to bring up is that to this date, I have never been in a relationship of any sorts. Period. After about three months of getting closer to her I asked my best friend (he had been friends with her since they were young) out of desperation, to call her up, ask if she thought I liked her and what she thought of me (he pretended he had no idea). She said she thought I did like her and that at that time she only liked me as a friend. Now, a month later, I had been talking to her pretty much every day. Both in person (on the bus everyday) and on aim. She was opening up much more to me and every once in a while she will bring up the fact that she thinks that she is fat. Now, I know that this is a big load of bull so I always just explain to her why she isn't and I just try and comfort her. Now, in a much broader period of time, I realized that I was talking to her a bit too much. Realizing this, I backed off, trying to give her some space. As a result, I think she doesn’t feel as pressured anymore, and as a result, when I do talk with her, the conversations tend to be much more engaging and just better overall. Unfortunately, I have gone back to my old habits of being too caught up in the moment and freaked out to ever talk to her in person. At this time, I haven’t the faintest idea of what she feels for me, and what is going through her head. The time I spend talking with her, even the time I spend with her when I don’t talk is an adrenaline rush like none other. I feel ecstatic. All of my worries and negative emotions flood away from me in an instant. I don’t know…. I don’t want to be an inconvenience I just really need to talk about it. Any responses would be amazing. Package what you get between struggling hitters who will pick it up very soon, and serviceable unknowns. If Doumit is unavailible, get Chris Iannetta, Rockies rookie C, very good as of late. A forensic physiologist? Do you mean a Forensic Psychologist? the ones that I have dealt with want to know as much information as they can. I have even seen some give a pre-interview questionnaire. I'm curious why he is meeting with one? The interview can take hours, but they will cut the time back if they see someone getting stressed or believe the answers are being falsified. They like to review their notes extensively, so I'm not sure on how long for "results".

These are my ASVAB results and what jobs do I qualify for.?

That is a pretty low score, but you can always retake the asvab if you don't have a lazy *** recruiter like I did. My recruiter only told me "I was going to be taking a test", BUT he never told me what the test was for or what subject areas were going to be covered on the test, so I wasn't even prepared. He also never told me that there were study guides for the asvab, and I was pretty pissed about that. When I finally took the test, my score was a 41 which is low a well, and I wanted to retake the asvab but my recruiter was lazy as hell and didn't want to put in the extra paperwork for me to retake it. I was mad at first, but then I got over it because I actually got one of the jobs that I wanted (Navy OS) which is a pretty decent job. Basically all you have to do is ask to retake it. if your not happy with your score or the job that you get. Lastly, do not let them tell you that you can retake the asvab and choose a different job after basic training, because that's partly true but it's also a lie because you'll have to wait for 24 months until you can actually switch to a different job. so make sure that you retake the asvab while you're in DEP now, because it will be alot easier.

Why wont My truck start?

i have replaced the silenoid under the hood and i am getting fire to all points and battery is good(even tried jumping it off but non responsive,and tried crossing the bolts to force a start but no luck) but it still wont start ,i turn the key and it doesnt do anything a small quiet click can be heard and when i turn the key all the lights go out untill i release it,also o noticed guages acting funny (fluxuating sparatically) and the odometer dissapeared other day but reappeared.i am going to deal with the starter today and if it still wont crank ,any ideas what it is. it is a 2000 expedition eddie bauer.
