My mother-in-law is getting on my nerves!?

Okay, i know that my husband's mother doesn't like me, never did. But she tries to hide it in front of her son. But that's besides the point. Now every time she comes over or calls, (which is every blue moon, or when she needs a favor), she asks me questions like, "why is the baby crying when i try to put the pacifier in her mouth" Like HMMM i ono maybe she's teething hippo! (i'm sorry but i just had to let that out), or like.."is the baby losing weight she seems light" I'm like i know what's going on with my kids! Do you wanna go with to their next doctors' appt? I make sure i take care of my kids everyday, and noone worries about them more than me! So I get mad when his mother that barely took care of him, tries to act like i neglect my kids! She's like one big ball of anxiety and i can't shake her! What should i do about her? Should i confront her? Leave it alone because she's my husband's mom!? It's like she likes to push my ons, like she wants me to snap on her! The last time I snapped on her, she tried to play the victim, like i'm just some mean daughter-in-law! OO i hate her!!
