Why are liberals mad that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was tortured after all the crimes he has admitted to doing?

I guess if Osama Bin Laden was ever caught, he would have to be put up at the Ritz-Carlton in case anyone complained of cruel and unusual treatment. This may be why they don't want to catch him. they don't know what to do with him. Can't be nice to him, can't be unkind to him. Just have to hand him over to the liberals to make a hero of him, I guess.
