Its been over a month and a muscle that i think i pulled still hurts, how do i heal it?
You may of injured some tendons and this will take some time to heal. Physical therapy could possibly help such as stretches and exercises. You can try to Google stretches and exercises for leg strains and see what results you get. It would be in your best interest to see a Dr. and make sure you have not done major damage especially sense this is apparently a big part of your life. You can also try over the counter meds such as Motrin which would decrease the inflammation and help with the pain and you will need to take it every day for a few weeks to see results. Rest your leg and dont do anything for a week or so and see if that helps it may just need time to heal and you may not of rested it enough. Also you can alternate heat and ice 15 minutes at a time 3-4 times a day for a few days and see if that helps. Mild sprain may be effectively managed with the use of RICE therapy. RICE stands for rest, ice, compression and elevation. Hope this helps!
