My cat had ringworm & received clamomax now she has a sore on the crease of her mouth/gum. what can she have?

She also has dry flaky skin on her backside that is very itchy. She can eat and drink just fine. But it seems like she is drooling more b/c of the sore on her mouth. What is wrong with her? Oh and she is 7 years old
