How can I beat the Honda Goldwing stigma?

I have already removed all visible "Honda" and "Goldwing" badges and labels on my GL 1500, and placed "Harley-Davidson" badges and stickers on my bike. I know I won't fool a real biker, but I just want to impress ordinary people and not be embarred about driving a Goldwing. What else do you recommend?
