Breaking Contract, can I?

I've been in the DEP for 11 months now, next month I am supposed to leave. Very soon I am supposed to sign my 30 day pre-ship papers. I'm having second thoughts about going, I'm wanting to go and finish college. Am I able to not sign the papers and be discharged? ( Marine Corps )
