Facebook continues to revert to cached page/profile?

This started happening a few days ago. It happens on every browser I try, even after I updated them all. Facebook continues to revert to an older, presumably a cached version of my profile. Sometimes when I click it, posts that have been made in the past 3 or 4 days dissapear, as well any notifications i've received. Also, the chat windows I have open revert as well, to the same four chats i had open at some period of time. This is getting kind of annoying, and it's also happening on my iPhone 4. If anyone knows what is happening, please help
