Can I re-freeze uncooked pizza that has been frozen and thawed?

I've done it. When out shopping at various stores and my pizzas thaw out I still put them in the freezer. Haven't gotten ill once. Plus, they are so cheap with the amount of cheese, how bad could it get? ha ha ha
