How large of a power supply should i get?

I am currently running my system with a 420 watt power supply, but i do not think that it is enough, because when i have all of the new cooling stuff that i put in it pluged in it will not run properly. I have an intel pentium 4ht 3.21 Ghz, 1gb of ram, a BFG nvida 6200 oc video carm, a sound blaster audigy, and im not sure exactly what model it is but i have a wierless network card. i also am running two hard drives, and two DVD roms and a card reader. as far as cooling goes in the front of my case right in front of the hard drives i have two 80mm fans, in the back near my processor i have a 120mm blue LED fan, i also have a pci slot fan underneath my video card. I also have an ASUS silent square pro cooling my CPU. How much power do i need to run all of this efficiently.
