I've known this girl for like 4 months now. We became fast friends and flirt a lot. So many guys like this girl but I don't think she's dated many guys (she's a devout Christian and the most old fashioned girl I've ever met). ANYWAYS. She was eating with a friend of ours. He asked her how her and I met. According to him, she started to giggle/laugh and said the reason she started to talk to me was cause she thought I was a 'cute boy' and then she realized I had a great personality. My friend was like "wow..___!(her name) and she giggled/laughed some more and told him not to tell me this. What do you think? If she doesn't know I like her, she's blind. Would you still say that if you KNEW the boy liked you??

They don't want to understand, because deep down in their hearts they know their 'logic' can be crushed by science. If they honestly believed in the truth, they would have no fear of learning it, regardless of where it takes them. They have been convinced by the church and their faith that they are too stupid and will be led astray by their stupidity. That is why they seem like idiots while not necessarily actually being one. The Bible teaches them that it is wise to be simple-minded, and they don't realize that those outside the faith aren't confounded the way they think they are. We are confounded (confused) by how marvellously blind believers can be.
